Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
AVYN is committed to treating health information with care. This notice covers the public website at avyn.health. The authenticated AVYN app is a separate service with its own privacy notice and is where an account holder manages a Health Record.
1. Public website interactions
You can browse the public website without submitting health information. The website does not collect Health Record content, medical files, filenames, diagnoses, clinical values, or record identifiers.
If you use the Support form, we receive the name, email address, selected topic, and message you choose to submit so we can respond. Please do not include sensitive health information in a support message.
2. Starting the AVYN app
When you choose Start free, the website sends a bounded handoff to app.avyn.health. It includes only the selected intent, a site-owned landing category, and recognized attribution values from the website's explicit source and medium registries. Campaign values are not currently registered and are omitted.
The website does not create an account, create a paid entitlement, start checkout, or create a journey identifier. It does not send your name, email address, support message, health information, free-form text, or any record-derived identifier in this handoff. The app controls what it accepts and its own account and Health Record processing.
3. Technical services and tracking
The website is hosted through Firebase. The Support form uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise and Firebase App Check as security controls. These services may process technical and browser information needed to deliver or protect the site and form, subject to their own policies.
Google Analytics is used only on the public avyn.health website for aggregate website traffic, acquisition sources, and limited measurement of public Start free and Contact interactions. It is not initialized inside the authenticated AVYN application.
AVYN does not send Support form contents—including names, email addresses, categories, or messages—or Health Record information, record identifiers, authenticated account identifiers, journey, checkout, or Stripe identifiers to Google Analytics. We do not use advertising pixels or session replay, and we do not deliberately join a public-site Analytics identifier to an authenticated AVYN account identity for marketing measurement.
The website may read UTM source, medium, and campaign values from the page URL, but only values in the explicit site-owned source and medium registries are recognized. Campaign values are currently not registered. Unknown or unregistered values are dropped, and other incoming query parameters are not copied into the app handoff.
4. How we use submitted information
We use Support form information to provide support and respond to your request. We do not sell that information. Support requests are handled and retained in the systems used for support, subject to applicable operational and legal requirements.
5. Your choices and rights
You may choose not to use the Support form or provide optional information. You may ask us about access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information submitted through the public website.
6. Contact us
If you have questions about this notice or need help, please use the Support link on the website.
